I always loved riding, but never thought I could do it as a career until I learned about Meredith Manor from a teacher of mine. She was the best riding teacher I had ever had, and I thought if I can learn to do what she does, that would be awesome. And so I signed up for the next available semester and have not looked back since. I majored in Teaching and Training, stayed on as a graduate assistant to do farrier and business, teach dressage riding and training. My last two years at Meredith Manor I helped Missy in admissions, while getting help to successfully train and show my own horse.

I have a lot of very valuable knowledge that I can use to help people. The average 21-year-old doesn’t have a system, doesn’t have a solid background. Other than the saddle time you spend at Meredith Manor, having that system is probably the most valuable thing you learn. You can always go back to it.
