The Cafeteria

The cafeteria serves food three times a day except Saturday and Sunday when they replace breakfast and lunch with a brunch. For the most part, students have very different schedules throughout the day so lines are not a problem.

The cafeteria is not only a place where you can get food, but it is also the place where you will find out important information pertaining to your time at Meredith Manor. When entering the cafeteria you will see bulletin boards hanging on the walls where you will find your barn assignment, weekly horse assignments, and a class schedule noting the scheduled times and arenas for each class.

As we leave the cafeteria our tour will continue on to the Fort, a place where students may go to attend career area classes.

The progress we have seen in Erin's riding and other horse skills has been tremendous. She came to Meredith Manor without a significant amount of riding experience. Today she is a proficient rider, and the confidence she has developed in the care and training of horses is very satisfying for both of us.
