The Meredith Manor Dressage Team competes in Region E of the Intercollegiate Dressage Association (IDA). The team is open to all Riding Master students and is made up of all levels of riders. IDA shows consist of four divisions: Introductory, Lower Training Level, Upper Training Level and First Level. Riders compete in regional competitions throughout the year with the opportunity to qualify for the National Championships as a team or individual rider. Meredith Manor covers all membership and show fees, the student is responsible for travel expenses and show attire.

Coach: Nancy Wesolek-Sterrett
Nancy, the Head of the English Department at Meredith Manor, is a 1989 Riding Master VI graduate of Meredith Manor and holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree with an Emphasis in Equestrian Studies from WVU-P. Following graduation, Nancy toured the U.S. and Canada as a rider for the Royal Lippizaner Stallion Show and owned and operated South Wind Stables providing training, clinics, lessons and summer camps.
Nancy has accumulated numerous USDF horse awards including having earned her Bronze and Silver Medals on horses she trained. Her horses have repeatedly scored in the top three places regionally. They are now competing from Training Level through Grand Prix. Nancy was selected to ride in the 2000 USDF National Dressage Symposium with Walter Zettl. Nancy has also trained both horses and riders for the North American Young Riders Competition.
